Clear audio and visible visual displays are essential for ensuring effective communication during assemblies, announcements, and events, especially in large venues such as school halls. In this project, our team was engaged to provide a complete Audio Visual (AV) solution for an outdoor school hall with rooftop coverage, where clear sound projection and visual visibility were critical for students and staff across a wide area.
To meet these requirements, we installed a large-format LED Screen Panel as the visual display solution, allowing important information, presentations, and event content to be clearly viewed by the audience. In addition, we deployed a professional PA sound system including speakers, microphones, mixer, and amplifier, designed to deliver consistent audio coverage and speech clarity throughout the hall.

To address these challenges, a properly designed Audio Visual (AV) system was essential to support both visual presentation and speech reinforcement. The objective of this project was to implement a reliable LED Screen Panel visual solution and a professional PA sound system, ensuring that all attendees can clearly see displayed content and hear announcements without distortion or audio loss.
