Denon DN500R Audio Recorder

The DENON's DN-500R is a powerful yet reasonably priced solid state audio recorder. This audio accessory is conveniently tooled in the familiar 1 RU chassis, emphasises Denon Professional's commitment to providing professional feature-rich installation products at affordable prices to the contracting industry. The 500R's bright, highly visible OLED display, SD/SDHC and USB media recording and playback, and other features make it ideal for a wide range of applications such as houses of worship, education and lecture recording, and more.

With analogue balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs, as well as broadcast-grade AES/EBU digital inputs, the DN-500R is an excellent choice for audio recording installations. A switching power supply also allows for easy integration into applications and environments that are not powered by 110V AC.

Audio can be captured not only with an SD/SDHC card up to 24-bit/96kHz, but also via the front-panel USB port. And, with the new Dual Record feature, the two record mediums can be used simultaneously, which is ideal for conferences that require audio immediately or applications where proper capture is required. Furthermore, when the primary memory is full, the Relay Record feature can extend record times by switching to another media. A USB keyboard port on the front panel allows for file naming and control while recording is taking place. The recording also can be edited on the device or mareked with EDLs for later view.
