The SHURE's SLXD24/B87A is a dependable, easy-to-set-up wireless handheld microphone system with crystal-clear, digital sound quality for presenters and performers. The system is appropriate for portable rigs or long-term installations in small- to medium-sized venues, event spaces, conference rooms, places of worship, and educational buildings, and is built around a durable, single-channel, half-rack receiver with replaceable antennae. This wireless microphone comes with SLXD4 single-channel receiver and SLXD2/B87A handheld transmitters with antenna and rackmount accessories and 2 AA batteries.
The SLX-D uses the UHF band to send high-quality, 24-bit digital audio with a dynamic range of over 120 dB for crisp, clear sound. To protect the transmission from interference and offer a strong, dependable RF signal with no dropouts, it employs Digital Predictive Switching Diversity.
The SLXD2 portable transmitter, with an adjustable microphone capsule design and a Beta 87A dynamic capsule, is included in this setup. To compensate for the proximity effect, it has a high SPL capability and a controlled low-frequency roll-off. Besides that, it also comes with low susceptibility to RFI and a shock-mount system to absorb shocks and handling noise. Even better, BETA87A is with supercardioid pickup pattern that is great at feedback rejection, provides a crystal clear sound.
The all-metal, rackmount SLXD4 receiver has an easy-to-use LCD interface with RF, battery, and audio output metres. It also has a gain control of 60 dB, as well as mic/line XLR and 1/4" instrument outputs. Automatic frequency scanning and IR sync are additional capabilities that make it simple to attach the transmitter and receiver to the same frequency.
