The RØDE's VIDEOMIC is created for use with consumer video cameras and personal audio recorders. The integrated shockmount on this shotgun condenser microphone mounts directly to your DSLR, mirrorless, or video camera, reducing noise from vibrations and camera handling. The VideoMic becomes very directed by using a super-cardioid polar pattern, focusing on the topic in front of the camera while minimising any background noise.Wind noise is reduced by the windscreen design, making it ideal for outside photography. It also included 3.5mm TRS connection makes connecting to camera simple, and the dual-mono output eliminates the need for channel selection on the recording equipment.
