LD System's MAUI 5 is a Portable PA system with 800 Watts peak performance and a maximum sound pressure of 120dB. This portable column PA system 8" subwoofer base's bass reflex cabinet also features the system's class-D amplifier unit with overcurrent, overheating, and short-circuit protection circuits, LD Systems LECC digital signal processing, and a 4-channel mixer. A wide range of sound sources, including playback devices and instruments such as keyboards and guitars, can be connected to the MAUI 5 thanks to built-in Bluetooth technology for wireless streaming, as well as the use of the microphone, line, and high-impedance inputs. Separate level controllers, subwoofer and system volume controllers, and a high-shelf filter for adjusting treble to room acoustics ensure that performances are perfectly tuned.
