RCF QPS 9600 Amplifier.The QPS 9600 is a 4 channel power amplifier that fits in a small, light-weight 2 rack unit. It can handle extremely high power. This amplifier, which weighs only 16 kg, is able to output up to 4 x 2400 W RMS @ 2 Ohm (4800 W RMS bridged @ 4 Ohm) thanks to class HD technology. It has a switched mode power supply that makes sure the mains power supply is provided with a mostly resistive load, which also improves amplifier performance at high output levels. The QPS 9600 can handle the worst heat conditions while providing excellent reliability because to its high efficiency heat sinks and variable speed DC fans.
