RODE K2 Studio Tube Condenser Microphone

The RØDE's K2 variable pattern dual 1.0" condenser microphone has the sound qualities that you'd expect from a Class-A tube microphone. A hand-selected 6922 twin-triode valve lies at the core of the microphone. The valve reproduces a flat, uncolored frequency response while providing warmth and detail. The dynamic range of the K2 is 150 dB which enables detailed, accurate low-signal pickup and distortion-free, transparent transient pickup. The user has access to up to three polar patterns which includes cardioid, omnidirectional, and figure eight are all accessible through an external power supply, and it is customizable, allowing for specific contouring of each pattern as desired.
