JBL CSS1ST 5.25" 60W Passive Speaker

The JBL's CSS1ST is a pair of small passive loudspeakers designed to improve speech intelligibility and foreground/background sound reinforcement in interior settings such as retail stores, cafés, and classrooms. This passive speaker features a 5.25" woofer and a 0.75" dome tweeter with a maximum SPL of 106 dB and a frequency range of 85 Hz to 18 kHz and can handle up to 60W long-term power (-10 dB). For consistent coverage, the speaker setup produces a 120 by 120° dispersion pattern. With the included ball-type bracket, the lightweight and robust polypropylene enclosure can be placed on a shelf or fastened on a wall. Operation in 70/100V systems or 8-ohm low-impedance settings is possible thanks to an integrated 10W multi-tap transformer that can be configured through a rear-panel tap selector.
