The DCI2600 with new DriveCore install series amplifier from CROWN is a complete line of high performance installation amplifiers based on the proprietary DriveCore technology. • TRUE RACK DENSITY – Power points of 300W or 600W are available in 2-/4-/8-channel configurations, all in a 2 Rack Unit form factor. More channels in a single box allow for smaller infrastructure rooms, which can lower operational costs while providing maximum installation flexibility.
• DIRECT DRIVE CONSTANT VOLTAGE – Save money by driving the speakers with 70Vrms or 100Vrms through smaller gauge wiring. The DCi produces higher audio quality much more efficiently because it does not require a step-up transformer at the output.
• CHANNEL INDEPENDENT HI-Z/LOW-Z SELECTION –In low-Z mode, drive one or two speakers; in high-Z mode, drive hundreds of speakers (70Vrms or100Vrms). Because DCi powers all loads on a channel-by-channel basis, this means greater design flexibility.
• BRIDGEABLE CHANNEL PAIRS – Unlike other manufacturers' amps, the DCi Series channels are bridgeable – even in 100Vrms mode – providing even more adaptability for higher power applications such as subwoofers.
