CROWN's CDi 1000 is an amplifier preferable for churches, auditoriums, and any other venue with ever-changing requirements. Aside from a respectable 500-watt/channel output, the CDi 1000 is easy to set up in various environments or for different speaker configurations. Onboard DSP, including crossover configuration, EQ filters, delay, and limiting, provides flexibility during setup, and 20 user locations allow for instant recall of your frequently used settings. By depending on the speaker configuration, the CDi 1000 can handle output voltages ranging from 70V to 140V and loads ranging from 2-16 ohms.
Features:
In bridged mono, 500W/channel at 4 ohms and 1,400W at 4 ohms are available.
Front-panel LCD screen with intuitive controls for quick and easy configuration
Extremely adaptable, for 2-,4-, and 8-ohm loads and output voltages of 70V and 140V.
Lo-Z or 70V, 100V, or 140V barrier strip outputs
Phoenix-style inputs are detachable
Universal switch-mode power supply
Crossovers, EQ filters, delay, and output limiting are all part of the onboard digital signal processing.
In 2-channel mode, the impedance is 2-8 ohms, and in bridged mono, the impedance is 4-16 ohms (safe with all types of loads)
Shorted outputs, open circuits, DC, mismatched loads, general overheating, high-frequency overloads, and internal faults are all protected by advanced protection circuitry.
