The ATEN VE829 5x2 HDMI Wireless Extender is the first to send full uncompressed HD 1080p while connecting up to five source devices and allowing users to switch and select any source to display on two HDTVs independently. This visual accessory wireless matrix function is the most significant advancement in audio/video technology to date. This implies you can watch cable TV in one area (transmitter side) while selecting a Blu-ray movie to view in another location independently (receiver side). Up to 30m* away, the VE829 can transmit Full HD 1080p with support for 3D material and digital audio, within the home or any desired setting. A Wireless Transmitter and a Wireless Receiver with HDMI and Component connections, as well as a loop through (local port) for sophisticated two-HDTV configurations, make up the system. It also has USB HID connectivity, which allows you to connect a computer or laptop to the installation and control it wirelessly from the VE829R. Infrared (IR) pass-through allows you to operate your source devices wirelessly and lets you consolidate your HD A/V equipment, such as DVD/Blu-ray players, DVRs/Cable boxes, game consoles, and laptops, allowing you to create your own unique entertainment.
