The VE802 HDMI HDBaseT-Lite Extender extends an HDBaseT signal up to 70m from the HDBaseT source using one Cat 5e/6/6a cable.
The ATEN VE802 HDMI HDBaseT-Lite Extender uses one Cat 5e/6/6a cable to extend a HDBaseT signal up to 70 metres from the HDBaseT source. This visual accessory supports RS-232 and IR signalling passthrough, allowing you to control the HDMI source device from the remote unit (VE802R) while also giving the local unit access to the HDMI display device (VE802T). In addition, IR transmissions can be extended in both directions. Power over HDBaseT (POH) allows the VE802 to deliver power via Cat 5e/6/6a cable without the need for an external power supply. The VE802 supports HDMI (3D, Deep Color, 4k) and HDCP. The VE802 is ideal for a digital entertainment centre or any application requiring high-definition video.
