Aten VE2812R HDMI HDBaseT Receiver with Audio De-Embedding (4K@100m) (HDBaseT Class A)

High-end HDMI HDBaseT receiver with audio de-embedding capability is the ATEN VE2812R. Using Cat 5e/6/6a or ATEN 2L-2910 Cat 6 cables, this visual accessory, powered by HDBaseTTM technology, can receive 4K HDMI signals up to 100 meters away. It can transmit HDMI signals up to a maximum distance of 150 meters at 1080p when HDBaseT Long Reach Mode is set.

The audio de-embedding function of the VE2812R removes the audio signal from the HDMI, converts it to a coaxial S/PDIF or stereo audio stream, and sends it to an audio system apart from the display. The VE2812R enables dependable transmission of high-quality uncompressed HDMI signals and is HDCP 2.2 and HDMI 1.4 (3D, Deep Color, and 4K) compatible.

It is advised to deploy the VE2812R and VE2812T together. Users can remotely operate the VE2812T unit using RS-232 command mode by switching input ports thanks to the VE2812R's ability to carry on IR/RS-232 from the VE2812T. The solution works in a range of locations, including conference rooms, online learning environments, and other places where good video quality is necessary.
